Warm Chicken Ginseng Soup

Material
A black kampong chicken, wash, cut into pieces
100 grams of zhu yu (ginseng root)
3 cm ginger
50 grams of dried ginseng root
6 pieces angco
1.5 liters of water
½ teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon Ciu sing sau (sticky fermented water), if desired
How to make
All the herbs in the wash. Drain
Add chicken, yu zhu, ginger, ginseng root, angco, boiled water into a saucepan, boil over high heat up to boil, reduce heat. Boil 2 hours
Give sau sing Ciu and salt
Serve while hot for your family
