Smoked Beef and Broccoli Cream Soup

material:
600 ml beef broth
600 ml of fresh liquid milk
1 tablespoon flour
60 g potatoes, boiled, mashed
100 g broccoli, cut in florets
60 g carrots, diced
60 g bacon, chopped
1 teaspoon chopped dill
2 tablespoons chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, mashed
1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
1 tablespoon margarine

Method:
First Heat margarine and saute garlic and onions until fragrant. Then Enter the potato flour and stir well.
Pour the broth little by little while continuing the stirring. Add bacon, carrots and broccoli.
Add fresh liquid milk, pepper and salt. Cook again until all ingredients cooked and the texture of the soup slightly thickened, remove from heat. Serve hot with a sprinkling of grated cheese and chopped dill.
